We are seeking a Software Engineer to help us develop our trading infrastructure and trading strategies. Job responsibilities include expanding and maintaining our trading capabilities in various markets around the world.
Duties will include:
- Adding new capabilities to our software libraries for automated trading
- Maintaining, bug fixing, and enhancing our software infrastructure
- Coding connections to new markets
- Optimizing the performance of our systems
- Building risk management and performance tracking tools
Requirements
Candidates should have most of the following capabilities:
- Expert C++ programming skills, along with STL, Boost, networking, threading
- Software engineering methods: OOP and other forms of managing complexity
- Scripting languages: we mostly use bash, Ruby, and Lua
- Excellent math and problem-solving skills
- Extensive Linux experience
- Financial knowledge NOT required
